Copper Bracelets

Well so sorry for not posting in such a long time! With a baby just arriving in May, my time was taken and never seen again, until it actually found it in a few hours of the day I have while baby naps. These are just a few pictures of jewelry I have been working on with homemade charms and crystals. They are made from copper chain and wire and metal plates. They are going to be a jewelry line I am doing called , Vintage Thought.
Now I know this is not painting, but this does not mean it is not art. Whenever I make jewelry I put just as much time passion in it as I do a painting. And my jewelry is not simply and bought pendant thrown a chain, it actually is a piece of art you get to wear and enjoy. My only problem now is actually giving up my jewelry to sell. Like my paintings I grow very attached to my work, because it somewhat a part of me. Anyways, no worries. More paintings coming very soon. I am working on right now with a tree and heart. It really pretty. I will post the setch and what I done so far very soon.

I am really sorry for not posting in months. Life had got to me, before I even thought about it. But do not worry, I will be posting more art updates soon. Video update and sorries

SOrry about the late update! I think form now my video updates are going to be only 1-3 times a month, since I am wokring so much on paintings and art between each video I can;t really keep up with all of them. Anyways. HEre is another video of two new paintings I have done. One was an assignment to copy another painting of some famous artist and another I am currently working on that is done in abstract with a cinderella story to it. Hope you enjoy.

New Video Update on youtube

Due too some failure here, I had to post my video only on youtube. Its little out on sync, but it really cool. It shows the art I have kept for my self and have around my apartment. I aslo posted pictures of them up on my facebook page. Just to also mention, this collective of picture are not the only ones I have kept, these are just what I have hung up and not to mention how many are kept at my parents house and the ones my parents and other relatives have hanging up at there places. Double painting video update

Okay here is another update. Sorry a bit late. One is what I have done with my brother painting so far. The other is one I just started. Its going to be a kind of fairy like scene. I have only had one day at it. Hope you enjoy it.

New Paiting of mee Bro! (Video Update)

Okdiokie! Here is my new painting I started after I did my earrings paiting. This one is of my brother. I have been at for about 2 days now, so not super long. His hair is gonna be a little crazy, since of a photo of him with really bad bed head, but it was a really great pic of him. The tones will be bright, but a bit a dulled, to kinda set the mood of the painting and the picture of him. I am having some trouble with a skin tone, since he does have great skin in real life. Its dark, but not super dark. A lot of dark skin color with green and orange under tones, with actually some dark reds in the shadowing. His hair with be dark burnt umber, with burnt sienna hightlights and maybe some caramel colors in the bright hightlights.
